Sales Managers

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced Sales Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you’ll evaluate AI-generated sales management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in directing sales teams, setting quotas and territories, and analyzing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated sales strategies, quota plans, training materials, and other sales management artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on strategic soundness, team-leadership rigor, and market-analysis quality.

• Review sales management scenarios involving territory design, quota setting, customer complaint resolution, and sales-performance analysis and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Sales Director, Sales Operations Manager, or another closely related sales management role.

• Experience directing sales teams, setting sales territories, quotas, and goals, or analyzing sales performance to inform strategy.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.

Compensation

• Pay: $70 – $110/hour
• Type: Hourly contract
