About the Role

As our Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in guiding our development team, designing scalable systems, and delivering innovative solutions for our customers. You will have the autonomy to make significant technical decisions and the responsibility to ensure the team’s success in building a world-class financial technology platform

What You’ll Do

– Lead the design, development, and deployment of Kudwa’s platform and features.
– Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
– Oversee the architecture of the full-stack environment, including React, Express.js, Node.js, and SQL.
– Drive technical innovation, balancing technical debt and system scalability.
– Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and team productivity.
– Ensure a seamless and user-friendly U/X implementation.
