About the Job

At Boerse Stuttgart Digital, we are inviting an experienced AWS/K8S expert, an IT architect, to strengthen our team responsible for setting up our products in a new environment.

For the senior position, we offer a salary of €6,000 and more if you are truly skilled and can show it to us. We also offer a reward scheme and a well-structured career progression plan.

You would join our team in Šenčur, where we employ 50+ developers. In the office, we place a strong emphasis on well-being and relationships among employees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT architecture, with a focus on AWS cloud solutions and Kubernetes (K8S)

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and security best practices

• Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems

• Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

• Familiarity with container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles

• Experience with microservices architecture and API design

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions under pressure

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital asset platforms

• Knowledge of security frameworks for financial services

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional)

• Experience mentoring or leading other engineers
