What You’ll Do

• Create designs that drive Delight and Dopamine: Every interaction should feel good
• Transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys
• Own the full design lifecycle: From discovery to polished execution
• Join customer calls: Observe real workflows and form hypotheses
• Run discovery interviews: Gather insights directly from users
• Collaborate with engineering: Work closely with our frontend engineer to ship designs
• Push back when needed: Challenge product or engineering decisions if they compromise UX
• Build a design system: Create and maintain coherent patterns in Figma or similar platform
• Produce prototypes: Show the intended energy and feel, not just layouts

Design Skills

• Strong UI and UX fundamentals
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
• Expert in Figma and interaction prototyping
• Experience creating micro-interactions and motion with intention
• Experience designing complex B2B or workflow-driven tools (bonus)
• Understanding of implementation constraints (you design realistically)
