About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Python to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for building scalable solutions using Python and AWS, and a vision for long-term growth in a tech-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, and optimizing Python-based solutions.

• Architect and deploy AWS services, including Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and DynamoDB, with a focus on long-term scalability.

• Oversee the successful delivery of a February project while planning for future AWS service integration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.

• Expertise in AWS services (Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive project success.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality, maintainable code.
