Senior Generalist Rubrics Expert

We’re launching a new rubrics-focused project in the shopping domain, and it’s scaling fast. We’re specifically looking for ex-Plato experts who want to jump in early and help set the quality bar from day one.

• This project is moving quickly, and qualified candidates will be fast-tracked through the application process

• You’ll play a key role in defining and maintaining high-quality standards as the project ramps up

• Your work will directly influence how quality is measured and scaled across shopping-related tasks

What you’ll be working on

• Contributing to a rubrics project related to shopping

• Applying expert judgment to ensure outputs meet clear, high-quality standards

• Helping establish strong foundations during the earliest phase of the project

Engagement details

• Pay: $130 per task

• Time per task: ~1.5 hours on average

• Initial commitment: 3-week sprint

• Continuation: High likelihood of ongoing work beyond the initial sprint, based on performance and project needs
