Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization

  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and implement demand generation strategies that drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel.

  • Analyze and optimize each stage of the sales funnel (awareness, interest, consideration, decision) to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal velocity.

  • Develop and monitor lead scoring models to prioritize high-potential opportunities and align with sales team capacity.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend actionable solutions to improve pipeline flow and forecasting accuracy.

  • Processes & Tools Optimization

  • Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and improve the overall sales experience.

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure seamless workflows, accurate reporting, and user adoption.

  • Implement and maintain sales tools (e.g., sales engagement platforms, forecasting tools, automation software) to support scalability and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sales tools with marketing and customer success platforms for a unified go-to-market strategy.

  • Data Quality & KPI Tracking

  • Ensure data integrity across all sales systems by establishing and enforcing data quality standards, including regular audits and cleanups.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales KPIs, such as lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, win rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, and pipeline health.

  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.

  • Monitor and report on demand generation metrics, such as marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), and cost per lead.

    Additional Responsibilities

  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline management by providing accurate and timely data to leadership.

  • Train and onboard sales team members on processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in sales operations to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals and revenue targets.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related analytical roles.

  • Proven experience with demand generation, sales funnel optimization, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is a must.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Expertise in CRM configuration, reporting, and process automation.

  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, demand generation strategies, and sales funnel dynamics.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot required).

  • Familiarity with sales engagement and analytics tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL is a plus.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and their integration with sales systems.

  • Certification in Salesforce Administration or similar credentials.
