About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our product department. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to manage the project development cycle, manage documentation for the tasks and sprints of the project, and ensure the timely delivery of project features. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of project management practices, excellent organizational skills, and experience using Jira or similar project management tools. This role is crucial in ensuring that development progress is tracked properly and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Responsible for managing all tasks, timelines, and sprints over Jira for our development team.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with the development team to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively within tight timelines. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure smooth progress.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting notes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of any project-related issues.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the product department to align development efforts with business objectives. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in web3.

• Proficiency in Jira for project management within an agile development cycle.

• Proven track record of managing projects with tight deadlines and delivering results.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps).

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
