Personal Productivity / Life Admin Expert
What you’ll do
Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in personal productivity. As a Personal Productivity Expert, you’ll build long-horizon life-admin tasks that mirror the work a great EA or Chief of Staff does, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open-ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.
Expect to build scenarios across:
- Inbox and commitments: email triage against defined priority rules, commitment extraction with a ground-truth list of promises made and received
- Scheduling: calendar operations against feasibility constraints and stated preferences
- Information organization: file/photo classification against a defined taxonomy, project trackers with required fields
These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.
Who we’re looking for
- 3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or in a similarly high-context support role for busy principals
- Expertise in one or more of the following: principal-level inbox management (Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman), calendar triage at scale, personal knowledge systems (Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote), file and photo organization (iCloud, Google Photos)
- Comfortable reading and producing life-admin artifacts: triaged inboxes, commitment trackers, event plans, file taxonomies
- Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
Compensation
$55–$75/hr depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors are promoted based on task quality and throughput.
