Linguistic QA Experts (Mandarin)

Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab for a Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with healthcare experience (nurses preferred, not required). This is a short-term, part-time project (3–4 days per week, ~100 conversations per week) lasting 2–3 weeks.

You will evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations to ensure medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems.

Responsibilities

• Review ~100 Mandarin-language healthcare conversations weekly

• Assess medical appropriateness and communication quality

• Provide written QA feedback

• Flag linguistic or safety concerns

• Participate in daily EOD check-ins

Requirements

• Native or near-native Mandarin fluency

• Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred)

• Strong written feedback skills

• High attention to detail

Engagement Details

• 30-minute onboarding

• 3–4 days per week

• 2–3 week engagement

• Continuous scenario testing

Compensation

• Pay: $30 – $50/hour
