About the role

We are looking for a resourceful, enthusiastic, and collaborative Frontend Engineer driven by having a high business impact. Someone with a bright mind, energetic personality, and passion for exciting challenges.

This role will have a high impact as you will help us make Flexkeeping the #1 hotel staff communication and operations management product on the market.

In this position, you will act as a Frontend Engineer who will drive the development on the frontend side of our app together with your own frontend team of 3 engineers.

What will you work on

• You will build a product in a cross-disciplinary agile team together with other engineers, product managers, and designers

• You will implement compelling, responsive web applications, contribute to their design, and engineer them using React

• By owning a meaningful part of our platform, you will make an impact and be able to grow with the company

What are we looking for

• You have 5+ yrs of experience building products using one of the modern js frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, vue.js)

• You have 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams

• Although your work will be on the frontend side, we do expect some level of proficiency on the backend side with any of the popular backend languages

• You care about high-quality code, written end-to-end testing, and consider performance, security, and accessibility when building web applications

• You are data-driven and put facts above speculation

• You are proficient in written and oral English

Nice to have

• You have interacted with APIs and built some yourself. You are not expected to be an expert in back-end engineering, but experience working on the backend side will be a huge plus

• SaaS and B2B experience is a big plus
