Role OverviewnnMercor is partnering with leading AI labs on Project Atlas — an initiative to build realistic enterprise environments that frontier AI agents are trained and evaluated in. We’re seeking experienced sales, relationship-management, and marketing professionals from Fortune 500 banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and insurers to recreate the digital workspaces they run every day and design the tasks that genuinely challenge state-of-the-art AI.nnYou’ll bring your expertise in financial-services sales, client relationship management, or marketing strategy to build a high-fidelity environment that mirrors the tools, files, and campaign workflows of a major financial institution — and then author tasks grounded in the programs you actually run today.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn- Build a realistic digital workspace centered on the Drive folders you use day-to-day — the pitch decks, client briefs, segment plans, campaign calendars, compliance-reviewed materials, pipeline reviews, and email threads that reflect how you actually organize your work — with some representation of the platforms that support it (e.g., Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot or Marketo, Power BI)n n- Design multi-step tasks grounded in your real workflows that require navigating multiple apps, files, and stakeholders in a way that meaningfully challenges frontier AI agentsn n- Collaborate with other financial-services sales and marketing experts in your field to design the environment, shape task scope, and review each other’s scenarios for realism and rigorn n- Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for financial-services agent benchmarksn n- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking — the work you produce directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systemsn nnIdeal Qualificationsnn- 3+ years of full-time sales / relationship-management / marketing experience at a Fortune 500 bank, wealth or asset manager, or insurern n- Background in one or more areas such as:n n – Wealth-management or private-bank relationship managementn n – Corporate / commercial banking coverage or treasury-services salesn n – Asset-management distribution, RIA channel, or institutional salesn n – Retail-banking marketing, segment strategy, or campaign managementn n – Compliance-reviewed marketing, FINRA-registered communications, or insurance marketingn n- Series 6/7/63/65/66 or insurance licenses a plus; FINRA/SEC marketing-rule familiarityn n- Day-to-day use of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, HubSpot / Marketo, and Tableau / Power BIn n- Strong analytical thinking and writing — able to translate financial-sales / marketing workflows into structured task specsn nnCompensation Notenn- Task Completion Pay: Competitive and based on task quality (~$1,150 – $1,450 per completed task, subject to change as the project evolves)n n- Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate!n n- Hourly Opportunity: Top performers may be invited to transition to an hourly compensation model based on sustained quality and throughput.
