ChatGPT Power User
About the Opportunity
A leading AI research organization is launching a program with heavy ChatGPT users and is seeking US-based experts who are willing to share their personal ChatGPT history to support model research and evaluation. This is a one-time, deliverable-based engagement: link your personal ChatGPT history and complete a short consent form.
Experts who complete this step will also be prioritized for future projects that involve working with a personal ChatGPT account (those projects are compensated separately on a standard hourly basis).
What’s Involved
- Complete a short consent form (sent via DocuSign) authorizing the research organization to access your personal ChatGPT history
- Link / share your ChatGPT history following the instructions provided
- Provide the email address associated with your personal ChatGPT account (this may differ from your Mercor email)
- Self-verify that your account meets the eligibility criteria below (step-by-step instructions will be provided)
Who We’re Looking For — Eligibility
You must meet all of the following:
- Based in the United States
- A heavy ChatGPT user: 40+ conversations between January 1 and June 1, 2026
- At least 1 saved memory on your account
- A personal ChatGPT account that is more than 3 months old
- Conversations are primarily in English
Important
- Use your personal ChatGPT account only. Do not share a work, employer, or enterprise account, or any account that may contain proprietary or confidential information.
- Eligibility is verified by the research organization after you complete the consent form. Payment is issued only after verification, which may take up to two weeks.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time via a withdrawal form. Any history shared prior to withdrawal will be retained by the research organization.
Compensation
- $100 (one-time) for linking your personal ChatGPT history and completing the consent form, paid after verification.
- Future projects that require a personal ChatGPT account are compensated separately on an hourly basis.
