Professional Photographer / Videographer
About the Role:
We’re seeking a resourceful, one-person photography/videography powerhouse who can work efficiently and produce high-quality photos and video content on demand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to maximize their resources, and can deliver polished results without overcomplicating the process.
What you’ll do:
- Shoot 10 input images of people, objects, or backgrounds
- Shoot 1 output image and 1 output video that show all inputs together in the same frame
- Ensure all produced content is high quality and aligns with provided guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional photography experience
- Strong photo/video portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual storytelling
- Access to professional camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent; no phone-only setups)
- Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
- Able to work independently, efficiently, and under tight deadlines
- Creative, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
- Self-starter with a passion for creating and experimenting with new visual ideas
Ideal Candidate:

Application Process:
- Interview: 20 minutes
- Form: 5 minutes
- Work Trial: Selected candidates will complete a paid Work Trial ($120). Successful candidates will be onboarded to the project and eligible for additional work.
Compensation:
- Successful completion of one task will earn $120 per task.
- The task is expected to take about 2 hours, making the effective rate approximately $60/hour, but compensation is based on task completion rather than hours worked.
- This is a per-task payment, not an hourly payment.
