What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join our founding team. You are a builder at heart who thrives in early-stage startup environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are critical. We are hiring to scale our platform and build out a strong, productive engineering team to support our rapid growth and expanding enterprise customer base.

What will you be doing?

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end features across the full stack (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).

• Contribute to building robust data pipelines and integrations that power financial and emissions insights.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer teams to solve real customer problems and shape the product vision.

• Take ownership of systems from design through deployment, acting as a driver and making pragmatic technical decisions.

• Help shape our engineering culture and define best practices that will scale with the company.
