Cybersecurity Expert (OSCP Required) — Mercor

Mercor is hiring experienced cybersecurity professionals for a premier project with one of the world’s top AI labs. You’ll apply your cybersecurity expertise to review and assess content for potential security concerns in a cutting-edge AI context. OSCP certification required.

What you’ll do

• Work asynchronously with a team of highly qualified cybersecurity experts
• Craft, solve, and review challenging problems with real-world applicability
• Apply pattern recognition and security analysis skills in an AI context
• Review and assess content for potential security concerns

What they’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• OSCP Certification (required)
• Strong understanding of web security and common attack patterns
• Experience in offensive security, CTFs, or penetration testing
• Python and/or data analysis tools proficiency
• Bachelor’s in CS, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• Based in US, Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia

Compensation

• Pay: $100/hour
• Type: Hourly contract
• Location: Remote — USA, Canada, UK, NZ, Australia

• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
• Paid onboarding (up to 1 hour)
