Partnerships Manager

micro1 connects frontier AI companies with top engineering talent — and now they need someone to own the partnership engine that makes it all work. This is a core team role where you’ll build and scale relationships with companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, Deel, and Databricks. You’ll architect curated events, convert ecosystem relationships into enterprise pipeline, and directly impact revenue. $120K–$160K/yr plus equity, fully remote.

What you’ll do

• Identify, engage, and close partnership deals with frontier AI and SaaS companies
• Architect and host curated events that generate enterprise pipeline
• Build and maintain a relationship ecosystem across AI labs, dev tool companies, and HR platforms
• Convert ecosystem relationships into measurable enterprise revenue
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align partnership activities with growth goals

What they’re looking for

• Proven track record in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management at a tech company
• Strong network in the AI, SaaS, or developer tools space
• Experience running events, co-marketing programs, or channel partnerships
• Nice to have: existing relationships at companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, Deel, Databricks, or similar

Compensation

• Pay: $120K–$160K/yr
